Guided Meditations and Teaching Clips

Guided meditations, I feel, are a wonderful way to support our getting started with a mindfulness practice. Feel free to listen to any of the recordings provided here to get a "taste" of this rich, contemplative practice called mindfulness.

Here is a 5 minute "belly breathing" meditation. I ask the listener to guide their attention to different regions of the torso, feeling its movements with the breath.
