Mindful Moments (in blah-g form)

The main purpose of this blog is to explore  mindfulness in 3 different (though, sometimes overlapping) contexts: secular/clinical, Buddhist psychology, and everyday life. I understand that these topics have been covered again and again, but it is my hope that by combining what I have learned in my own personal experience that I can create something original and helpful.
